   THE VENUE
Yes,
with the highly successful 2010 Indian Ceramics exhibition
now behind us, bookings for the 2011 event (which will be
held in Ahmedabad and is the 6th in the series, on the 15-17
March, 2011) have already raced in. Nearly 650 sq metres was
re-booked ONSITE during the 2010 show, and there is some 1,400
still being negotiated. With even more exhibitors expected
on top of that, we can be sure that the 2011 event will be
the largest ever held in India.
Major event, major upgrade!
However, not only will this be the biggest event in size,
it will also be housed in the newly completed Ahmedabad Exhibition
Centre – a permanent, fully functional, purpose-built exhibition
centre in the city.
Ahmedabad is the venue of choice and we are absolutely delighted
that we have been able to upgrade the exhibition yet again
by moving into this purpose-built, fully air-conditioned,
permanent exhibition centre, housed on the University Grounds.
Whilst our previous venue has proved an excellent ally in
the last two years, our wish has always been to site this
event in a permanent structure, and we are delighted that
we have been able to secure the venue!
Improved experiences
This will significantly upgrade the exhibitor experience at
the event, and remove all those potential problems we have
had to face in the past. What is more, more companies will
be able to demonstrate machinery and equipment, as the constraints
previously applied by the temporary nature of our previous
site, will be removed.
This is great news, and one which will once again prove
our commitment to the show and the region.

The Indian Ceramics series, of which the 2011 event is the
6th, is the only show that is firmly recognised by the entire
industry across India and beyond. We have supported the Indian
industry since 2006, and the 2011 show will be our 6th outing.
No other show can offer such continued support for India,
and therefore such great opportunities for exhibitors.
The 2010 show grew by 60%, and with already some 45% of
the 2011 space reserved we are looking forward to having to
further extend the show, yet again!
